This blog has arisen from watching too many movies during COVID lockdowns, and some of these movies have stuck with me and provoked the following commentary. I am a Catholic priest, hence the title of the blog. New posts will not be frequent because of the time it takes to reflect on each film, because of the items on my list of priorities (and interests) that trump watching and writing about films, and because I do not always find films that get me excited enough to write something about the experience.
